Day of the Dead has forever been our most beloved tradition. Throughout our professional journey, we have been fortunate to travel to different regions of Mexico, meeting and collaborating with artisans from every corner of the country. Seven years ago we started creating altars for clients, but four years ago we decided that we wanted something closer, an altar of our own for us and our community. A space where we could honor the most sacred of our traditions in a respectful way, working hand in hand with artisans to showcase their work, creating a fair chain of work that not only employs, but also expands the frontiers of design through their talent.
In its fourth year, the initiative continues to grow, reaching more people and connecting them to a traditional cultural agenda that brings space to life. It's not just a dance between the visible and the invisible, a place where people come together to remember their loved ones. This altar, which embraces you with the warm light of candles and the scent of copal, becomes a refuge for souls, an offering that beats with love and memory.
It is a community altar where anyone can bring a photo or memory of those who are no longer wiht us. Here, death is not the end, but a return; a promise of reunion that illuminates our altar with light and meaning.
